The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Use of the wso55 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wso55 enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this restriction is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of wso55, its affiliated entities, software providers, or game suppliers, nor a close family member of any such employee.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, account suspension, or voluntary exclusion agreement with wso55 or any other online gaming operator.
• You have full legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding contract and are not under any legal disability, court order, or guardianship that would prevent you from doing so.

To access real-money features on the wso55 platform, you must register an account. The following conditions govern the registration process and ongoing account maintenance.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active wso55 account at any time. The simultaneous operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wso55 may close all associated accounts and withhold any outstanding balances, including any pending withdrawals, without prior notice.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

wso55 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a valid passport, or supporting financial documentation. Verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above Rp 10.000.000 or upon any flag by the platform's fraud or compliance monitoring systems. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your wso55 account at any time by contacting customer support via 24/7 live chat. All real-money balance will be returned to your last verified payment method provided no outstanding verification, bonus wagering, or compliance requirements remain outstanding. wso55 may also close your account at its discretion if it determines that you have breached any provision of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wso55 account credentials. Specifically, you agree to the following:

• You will not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• You will not permit any other individual to access or use your wso55 account on your behalf.
• You will select a strong, unique password for your wso55 account and will not reuse it across other online platforms.
• You will notify wso55 customer support immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.
• wso55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security requirements in this clause, including any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

wso55 will never contact you by live chat, SMS, or email to ask for your account password. Any such communication purporting to be from wso55 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.1 Deposits

wso55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian members: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with no currency conversion charges applied by wso55. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within one to five minutes of confirmation by the originating payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the wso55 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. For verified accounts, wso55 targets a processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for standard withdrawal requests. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required. wso55 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees which are beyond wso55's control.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

wso55 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Members who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. Providing false or fraudulent identity documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in account closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wso55 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant account balances after the dormancy period has been reached. Members will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before any dormancy fee is applied. Reactivating the account by logging in will immediately halt the application of dormancy fees.

wso55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount on slots. Live casino, sportsbook, and table game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by product and are detailed on each promotion page.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period stated on the promotion page, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the account. Real-money balance is not affected.
• Maximum bet restriction: While active Bonus Funds are in your account, a maximum single bet of Rp 100.000 applies across all game types. Bets above this limit placed while Bonus Funds are active may, at wso55's discretion, result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game restrictions: Certain game titles may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. A full list of excluded and restricted titles is published on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Abuse and exploitation: wso55 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings if it determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through coordinated play, through arbitrage strategies, or through any method designed to exploit the promotion rather than to engage in recreational gaming.

The specific rules governing each game type available on the wso55 platform — including live casino, sportsbook, slot games, crash games, and any other product — are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or data feed disruption affecting a live game outcome or sportsbook settlement, wso55 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's balance. Where a technical error has already resulted in an inflated payout that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions, wso55 reserves the right to recover the difference from the Member's account balance. Members will be informed of any such action via their registered contact details.

Sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League, FIFA for international fixtures). In the event of ambiguity, wso55's trading team decision is final. All settlement disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event result being declared.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wso55 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with wso55.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any game or feature.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino games, or any game involving player-versus-player interaction.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to generate winnings beyond what would be obtainable under normal operating conditions.
• Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited and where you have misrepresented your location to gain access.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wso55 customer support staff or other Members in any communication channel.

wso55 is committed to promoting a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all Members. Gaming on the wso55 platform should be treated as entertainment. It is not a reliable strategy for generating income, and no gaming system or strategy can guarantee consistent winnings over time.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wso55 Members from within the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you at set intervals of how long your current gaming session has been running.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is locked and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the wso55 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform; access the Platform through any automated means; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.

The wso55 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of wso55. You may not use these marks without prior written permission from wso55.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wso55 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from a third-party game or software provider malfunction, data feed error, or service interruption beyond wso55's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform that was accurate at the time of publication but has since changed.

Nothing in this clause shall limit wso55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In any event, wso55's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the cause of action arose.

wso55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — wso55 will provide advance notice via SMS to your registered mobile number or via a notification upon your next login to the Platform, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the wso55 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance by contacting customer support.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wso55 operates its licensing entity. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the wso55 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation with wso55's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of it being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent wso55 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
